Marketing plans start with the identification of customer needs through a researching the industry and how the organization can satisfy these needs while generating an acceptable level of return. It can also contain a full research of the pros and cons of an organization, its organization and its products. A marketing plan can also be described as a technique that helps an organization to decide on the best use of its resources to obtain corporate goals.
