Definition of  interplanetary file system

IPFS stands for an interplanetary file system. It is an open-source distributed blockchain-based project in a network. It was first introduced or designed by Juan Benet in 2014.

Brief Explanation of IPFS

It’s a protocol in a network that creates a decentralized pattern of storing and sharing documents or files with each other. It’s a distributed protocol, which is developed by the protocols, lab with the help of an open-source community. It seeks to connect all the devices of a computer within in similar system of documents or files.  It is also called a peer-to-peer distributed protocol. Moreover, it provides very high throughput.
